The Total Experience | Multichannel

Situation: Increase awareness for the Microsoft alliance retail solutions.Action: "The Total Experience for Retail" was envisioned into a 6-month multichannel campaign supporting D365 Commerce. Included: eBook, blogs, landing page, content syndication, paid LinkedIn ads, webcast, and "Retail Envision" sessions, held during the National Retail Federation.Results: Influenced customer wins equating to $285K+, reinforced brand authority and generating new leads from syndication.

Microsoft alliance | Expertise, authority, trust. [E.A.T.]

Situation: Build visibility for a new Microsoft alliance practice.Action: Collaborating with leaders I crafted a "video first" content strategy. Spearheading a year+ plan, using video to showcase expertise, developing blogs, papers, ads, and editorials to establish authority. And featuring our SMEs on third party Microsoft-audience webcasts to enhance trust in our solutions. Plus, we started a YouTube channel to promote the team on web, social and email drips.Results: within 18 months, I led 6 videos, 11 webcasts, 3 events, 19 blogs, 8 papers, 4 content syndications campaigns, paid ads, paid social and PR. One campaign generated 575 leads. The webcast series led to 680 leads, supporting $1.5M pipeline growth.

Let's Talk Transformation

Situation: Refocus Consulting cross-practice capabilities.Action: Launched the Digital Business Transformation campaign starting with "Let's Talk Transformation." The series included blogs, eBooks, and videos supporting SME points-of-view. Also, supported the 2023 Transformation Summit roundtable.In 2024, we conducted primary research on mid-market companies with annual revenues ranging from $500 million to $3 billion, focusing on their journey with Digital Business Transformation (DBT). We promoted the report through PR, paid LinkedIn advertisements, email nurturing, and syndication.Results: 46 content pieces (blogs, eBooks, videos, case studies), created 52 web pages, (over 30% of the US web online content). Generated 246 leads from a Visionayr campaign, 17 from a sponsored event and 125 from syndication.

KPMG ServiceNow Knowledge | 6-week Virtual

Situation: In 2020, KPMG was a premier sponsor of the ServiceNow Knowledge event.Action: During the pandemic Knowledge shifted from in-person to a 6-week virtual experience. Working with internal and external teams, I project managed the entire event.Results: Successfully developed 10 SME presentations, managed 8 session videos, created a robust social media plan, with 30+ posts, resulting in over 197K social impressions and 565 video session views. Generated brand awareness, lead generation and nurtured existing client relationships.

Oklahoma National Guard | Rebrand

Situation: The Oklahoma National Guard wanted to increase visibility for new recruits. A refreshed interior and exterior graphics bid was put on GSA's ebuy.gov.Action: Finding, scoping and building the proposal within 72 hours was a quick turn, but we won the bid!Results: Six months after being awarded the project, we successfully engaged with leadership, conducted site visits to eight centers, finalized the project scope, developed designs, and installed new designs, graphics, and signage across all eight recruiting centers.

Valiant was a certified WOSB design and marketing agency. We excelled in creative strategies, developing over 90 multi-family design/build projects from Texas to Louisiana over 10 years. We also worked with government agencies and local businesses on brand, design and more.
